In-Office Dental Membership Plan
For patients without dental insurance or other reduced fee dental plans
In an effort to encourage good dental health and alleviate rising dental costs, Wright Street Dental has established an “In-Office” Dental Savings Plan for our existing patients. This is not dental insurance, but an opportunity for our patients without traditional dental insurance to receive care exclusively at our practice at a reduced cost. It cannot be combined with dental insurance or other reduced fee dental plans.

The In-Office Dental Plans are a one-year contract and include:
$319 for Adults
2 Prophylaxis cleanings
2 exams
4 Bitewing X-rays
1 fluoride treatment
$265 for Children (age 0-14)
2 cleanings
2 exams
2-4 Bitewing X-rays
2 fluoride treatments
$509 For Periodontal Patients
3 periodontal maintenance visits
2 exams
4 Bitewing X-rays
1 fluoride treatment
The In-Office Dental Plan will also give the patient a 15% discount on dental services completed during the contract period. Full mouth x-rays or Panoramic x-rays are included at no additional charge when taken every 5 years. Non-service related items such as whitening supplies and prescription toothpaste are not covered under this agreement.
Provisions and limitations of Wright Street Dental’s In-House plan:
Plan cannot be combined with other insurance plans or promotions
The program is for you, the named family member and is not transferrable.
Benefits are for one year from the date the plan is purchased; if benefits have not been used you are not eligible for a refund.
Payment in full will be due at the time of service.
Plan is only accepted at Wright Street Dental. Therefore, if you are referred to a specialist they will NOT offer these discounts.
